Please make orders in advance. 

We ask for a 2 week minimum notice; especially for special orders.

Last minute orders are a possibility but are subject to an increased price rate for special orders OR customer will be limited to our in stock colors that are available which will not come with an increased price rate but is limited in options. 

Payment method 

Our preferred payment method is ZELLE.

but we also take…

apple pay, and cash app.

We are currently not taking cash.

Checks will only be accepted as a method of payment for businesses/establishments. 

Quotes/Pricing

To get a quote for a potential balloon order fill out our QUOTE FORM…you may also email us directly or DM us through our socials. 

We will get back to you via your preferred contact method (text or email).

You will be contacted usually within 24hrs; unless we are experiencing a high demand of our product which can then result in a response time of 1-2 days. 

Delivery

Due to COVID-19 Delivery is currently contactless; therefore, order is left at door once we receive final payment.

We do charge a delivery fee which varies depending on distance. 

Policy

  • No returns or exchanges.

  • Orders canceled 2 weeks or less before an event will result in a 20% cancelation fee for orders that included special ordered balloons. 20% will be deducted from customers deposit.

  • Once balloons are picked up or delivered we are no longer responsible for any damages during client transport or damage that occurs at location. We can fix damages at an additional fee.

  • Orders/event date are not secured until 50% deposit is received. Full payment is not required but is an option. Final payment is required day of before delivery/before pickup.

Disclaimer

  • Non-treated balloons will mattify at warm and high temperatures; which is common especially in the Arizona heat.

*recommended to request balloon treatment if a glossy look is desired.

  • Treated balloons do leave an oily to the touch residue on balloons.

  • Treated and non treated balloons are recommended to be placed under the shade and kept away from direct sunlight.

  • High temps may result in some balloons popping.

CAUTION!

Adult supervision advised when small children are around balloons. Deflated/popped balloons can be a choking hazard to children. 

It is not advised to inhale helium from any helium balloons.

We are not liable for any accidents that potentially result from our balloon designs.
